Normal service was resumed as GB International Jack Goodwin coming back after injury eased round in 18:06 to overtake the B team and move into 23rd. Bottom year U20 Will Mullins (B team) had a solid run of 19:30 finishing 35th. The A team finished 20th with Will Mackay and Josh Lunn running 18:34 and 19:09 resp.
